    I personally doubt that many people will get jail time - the system that lead to the current economic situation is the same system that made the current laws.

    More important is to structure things going forward to limit the impact of these people's greedy stupidity. Because greed and stupidity will remain.

    How really likely is that? People may hate Fuld, but the most active people generally want their own chance to be like Fuld, so why would they advocate for a system in which their chance is eclipsed?

        Why exactly? They did what we have empowered them to do. if pople are that unhappy with their decision, they get to voice that in a couple of weeks. My guess though, most of the people who voted for the bailout will get back into office without much issue.
