Need Help Finding Original Artist of This Painting

We were at the Grecian Festival last night and saw this painting. It was a reproduction (so we were told) but they wanted $70 for it. Unfortunately the people selling it didn't know the name of the original artist.

Do any of you know who painted the original or what it is titled?

The attached picture was taken on a cell phone, hence the poor quality.

Strange...painting a flemenco dancer but leaving out her legs and feet. That's kinda the whole point of flemenco dancing.'

I do agree that the OP version is better than the original.

I like 'em both. The repro shows off her figure slightly more, but the I like the colors in the original better.
