Biden's answer complimenting Palin for her support of windfall profit taxes as a governor was briliant; the look on Palin's face was priceless.

Palin is demonstrating that she actually is a good speaker, and a good debater. (Additionally, I think Biden is also doing a decent, if not remarkable, job).
Regrettably she doesn't know all the issues- such as what programs McCain would cut if the budget didn't exist for them.
But she was smart by saying "how long have I been at this... five weeks." And it's better to avoid an answer than to sound like a fool.
So... It seems the VP debate demonstrates that surprise! Palin isn't a fool or stupid... but it also demonstrates that she does lack experience, just like Obama.-->Visit CGN!

The "not answering a question" of the night award goes to Palin. I think she gave the answer most wildly different from the question of any question in either debate so far, when she was asked what her exit plan from Iraq is.
She even managed to accuse Obama of eating babies at the end when she said Obama did not support the troops!Comment

Fair enough. I took her answer though as "I've been on the McCain campaign trail for 5 weeks so I'm not going to contradict him [any more than I've been doing thus far by accident]..." she doesn't know what policies McCain would dump due to economic recession.
