    Yes, I do. It'd be understandable if it were long and clever. Even if it were just a long word ("bromomenorrhea"), it would be annoying but vaguely acceptable. But it isn't. It's just the same letter sixteen times, and conveys no information except for the very unlikely possibility that your real name is Walter Wilbert Wallace Winslow...and so on for twelve more. It's like you couldn't even be bothered to put thought into your username. Spam belongs in posts, not in names.
