Who's got the earliest date?

I've noticed that certain people have 1969 as their starting date.

I'm just wondering who has the earliest legitimate date.

1969's don't count!!!

Out of non-1969 dates, Alexman has the earliest at March 13, 1998.

And the oldest date that isn't already a member of ApolytonPLUS should get a free year of ApolyonPLUS.

Alexman has an earlier date, but both look a bit "out of the line", so one of those 0-posters would be the first, the date is 15th of february 1999.

Checking those pages for actual posters (regulars) reminded me of one name from the past: only human, formerly known as onepaul IIRC. Does ANYONE have a clue why he stopped posting in 2001 after updating the AltCiv page?
