Interesting video. In my own experience similar problems like this exists with Mexican immigrants in Texas, though Mexicans lack the innate hostility and barbarity of heathen Turks.
Many of these Mexican immigrants come from cultural and familial backgrounds that do not place value for an education but rather emphasize working as soon as possible. When I was getting certified, I had to observe teaching at several different schools around the Dallas area and its amazing to see the differences between various districts was really telling.
Within the Dallas school district, the classroom standards were shameful in many of the schools. Even with bilingual Spanish instruction these kids were far behind what I had learned going through high school. Just recently, in order to reverse failing standards they simply lower standards enough to be able to pass students. Dallas ISD now allows students to retake tests if they failed the first time and not have bad homework grades count towards their overall score. That's just Goddamn ridiculous.
That German school sound like complete ****, though. Whatever the faults of the Texas public school system, I can give them props for having vigorous responses to violent disturbances and providing police officers.
That video was a little disturbing tough. I have never seen students or children that hostile. Why were they threatening the camerman?

In Iraq the teachers could barely control the students because they would act up so much. It really was a cultural thing which I don't expect to change short of allowing teachers to beat the snot out of them.
