Some health insurers pay for your basic gym membership and/or give you a discount on your premium for going to a gym. Only caveat is that you have to go to the gym for a set work out a set number of times each month.

I don't know. Every time I go out, I seem to see more and more fat girls roaming around. This displeases me. If this causes less fat girls to roam around, I'm all for it

So, erm, when are you going to switch to the healthier lifestyle in the first place?

Most stupid thing I have ever heard.
Yep. The purpose of any healthcare program should be to provide healthcare to the sick. In the U.S., our program is designed to maximize profits for the insurance companies.

Is that what all the factors involved in car insurance accomplished?

In America, we have the right to bear arms.
In Europe, they have the right to bare breasts.

Individual responsibility is what our side has been advocating all along.

Normal people can't pay for medical costs.

It has nothing to do with individual responsibility.

On the other hand, someone who doesn't take care of themselves will get a lot more medical costs than others (on average).

Finally, though, many medical issues are no ones fault. They are caused by bad genetics, birth, accident, or something otherwise not controlled.

Smoking, not exercising, stuff like that is controlled.

It can balance out in the end. If you're fat, or a smoker, or HIV+, some companies will give you higher annuity payments when you retire.
