          Actually, with the state of political parties nowadays in Washington, D.C., it wouldn't surprise me one bit. The diehard rightwingers and leftwingers would probably not cooperate with a McCain/Lieberman administration more than they absolutely had to, all in an effort to position their favorites for president in the 2012 campaign.

          Regarding a potential McCain/Romney ticket ... well, let's just say that getting me to vote for that combo would take a harder sell than an Obama/Biden ticket.

          Or, maybe, I'll just waste my vote on Nader or Barr.

          Oh, well. It's only late August. I'm not comitting to either candidate because, frankly, it's too early. Who knows what might change in the next 60 days or so.
