    News Updater Application/Script

    I am looking for an application (software) with many strong features for updating a news section for a website.

    Most important is customability (CSS preferrably) and the ability to post comments to each news article.

    Has anyone ever come across anything like that?

    Why not just use wordpress or some such?

          Particularly because a simple news updater feature is ridiculously simple and easy. Even an artist could do it.
