I have an acquaintance, I won't call him a friend, who believes and vocally supporters any and all conspiracy theories no matter how far out there or ridiculious. No one I know ever bothers to argue with him any more because it's like talking to a brick wall but the problem is if you ignore him or try to change the subject with in 30 seconds he'll move right back to the same stupid theory as if nothing happened. It's really boring and I'm beginning to think he's OCD or something. How do you deal with these idiots?

Pretty much if you can name it he believes it. Bush did 9/11, Osama Bin Laden is a US agent, the moon landings were faked, the CIA killed Kennedy, Gorbachev secretly worked for the CIA, oil companies are secretly blocking solar power to keep us on oil. I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.Comment
