Boris, even better yet, I graduated, moved to north because of a job, writing my dissertation here, actually have a steady woman who wants to buy a place with me and we found this lovely place so if it's still free after few months, we'll buy it. So no, no problem with the space. And my taste has gotten a lot better, I know what I like. I seem to be gathering myself around with lots of bauhaus stuff
