Democracy Now is a very good liberal news program that is on the radio and on TV. It's on Link channel for TV. It's 300 something for Direct TV.

You can read the book on the Internet actually.

It's US History from a left wing POV. Very good.

It's very indepth and informative. Very different from popular news programs. It's packed with a lot of relevent information.

Actually, I'd watch it, just because I do like to see different perspectives, particurly about US History in the world, but I'm too cheap to get cable, much less Direct TV.

It's also a radio program. You can check the website to see it they are in your market. You can also listen to it on the Internet or read the transcript of the show from the internet.

They're anti-corporate so it's a struggle for them to stay on the air everywhere.
