Some of the laws are weird. I saw that an attractive 20 year old woman is going to be locked up for having sex with a 14 year old guy. I dunno, but when I was 14 if a 20 year old woman who looked decent wanted to do that with me, I would have professed believe in a benevolent deity.

Well like anything on the net here is a site that gives different ages:

and yet another site with different ages

Bangsajp adalah situs slot gacor hari ini dan link slot88 online terpercaya gampang maxwin anti rungkad dengan bocoran rtp live slot tertinggi untuk server pragmatic play dan pg soft.

and then of course wiki has another take but it looks the most authoritative:

Mexico is 12!!! and under 12 is a 2 to 5 year prison term. Glad to see they are tough on 11 and under sex.

Isn't it nice to know that you have to be at least 9 in Yemen? I guess they draw the line at 2nd graders.

In response to the OP as Snotty's girlfriend wants me to say something.

If the mentally constrained individual initiates the act and demonstrates persistant desire to shag you then you can if you want with no moral qualms. I think anyone who gets it on with a seriously mentally disabled person has issues though.

Anyway, Jenny and Forrest Gump seemed to work out ok, at least until she got AIDS and died.

My thinking is that if someone is not enjoying something (in this case sex) then they will not wish to continue doing it, whether they are handicapped or not. therefore if a lover is being welcomed and not rejected then its probably all good. How you get to the lover stage is a different matter

It was AIDS, but Forest wasn't mentally handicapped. He was just "stupid or something."

Society keeps telling us that drunk drivers have to be resposnible for their actions when they are drunk.

Frankly I find Jon Miller's argument to be ludicrous. Having to get into a serious relationship before having sex is basically the only way to avoid rape to you? I mean come on.

I think I read the Angela Carter quote here on Poly but she said something like:

Getting married just for the sex is like buying a jumbo jet just for the free peanuts.

                                I didn't say that.

I said that knowing the person well is the only way to avoid rape.
