I think the point is they weren't too skilled in translating whatever it says into English. Not that it was in any way a verbatim translation of the individual characters.

Literally, "Shanghai [2 characters removed, neither of which looks like "sex"] wellbeing and happiness healthcare products".

There is a phrase "kangle" 康乐 which is a popular brand name for anything to do with healthcare, as it means wellbeing and happiness. But it's also the name of a county in Gansu province, which means that it's giving rise to an increasing number of Intellectual Property lawsuits in China.
