Anyone know anything about bittorrents? What a good client would be? How well they work? Good sites? Is it legal? Etc... I think it would be neat to be able to watch some shows I don't normally get to, BBC ones in particularly, or cable ones I don't get.

mininova and thepiratebay are good websites; its not legal to download copyrighted material, but unless your living in college dorms you won't get caught.

Torrenting some stuff is perfectly legal, but for other stuff, its definitively not. That's why I use it rarely. You don't want FBI or RCMP agents come knocking at your door.
