Don't be a rules lawyer, Gramps

The moving marquee fonts are annoying and distracting. Many people find excessive animation annoying... I myself am annoyed by most animated avatars. We can't and we won't describe every single possible thing in the rules... but THE most important rule is, use common sense. I'm sure Ming and I aren't the only people annoyed by moving text, so please, refrain from that.
