To me, threads posted for the sole purpose of embedding a YouTube video are annoying. I won't visit YouTube and I won't play the embedded videos which link there. So it's just a waste of time for me to click a thread with an unsuspecting title and find out it's yet another one offering nothing (or very little) other than the video.
There have been a lot of those threads lately. I think it takes away from the forum. At least for me it does. A suggestion might be to confine them to a single thread at a time, a la the picture threads or word association ones. But it could be that I'm the only one who has a problem, however slight, with it.Comment
