It's just a thread title though. Even Asher's thread title has a hole in it. It should have said "likely" also as there is a chance the wannabe could remain in Canadia. My thread title does not have a hole in it. The appeals court had already ruled, there was no legal recourse. Nothing else can be done.

The song and dance in parliament today has no impact on anything. It's just a political show by the opposition to try to get votes.

Hmm. AFAIK, a thread title is not a promise. We all have RSS feeds and newsreaders available. No animals were killed in the titling of this thread. So I just don't see why this is such a big deal. If I didn't know better, I would be tempted to think it's some sort of personal issue.

But hey, I'm all about solutions. I will gladly volunteer to take on the role of Apolyton Thread Title Editor. Everyone should send me their proposed thread titles and OPs for my approval before posting.

A thread title is a binding contract between the thread creator and the thread reader. Failure to live up to that contract shall result in a public flogging.
