vincent Van Quickenborne is a minister in the newly formed government here (2008-).
Well known for his erratic behaviour when it comes to politics (he once declared he would light up a spliff in the senate after being elected there), he recently bought an illegal unlocked iphone (it's not for sale in Belgium). He consistently gets the media with these kind of stories, so he's a bit of an enfant terrible. He's now Open VLD (Flemish liberals).
He threw a party this month, and as usual he never disappoints the audience. Here he is performing in a state that can most accurately be described as 'drunki'
