Gay Marriage in California

I've just heard that the California Supreme Court stuck down as unconstitution the statute which provides that marriage in California is between a man and a woman.

The decision was written by Chief Justice Ronald George, a moderate Republican.

I'm trying to get my hands on a copy of the opinion. More, when I find it out.
