But seriously, what's the big deal? This is a military facility for Chinese navy warships. They're modernizing their obsolete 60s-era equipment. Even when they're done, the US will still have considerable numerical and technical superiority in all fields.
The same goes for the purported general military spending. It's still a fraction of what the Western nations spend, and it's mostly going to shape up the sad state of the army and gear."lol internet" ~ AAHZComment
