Re Wright, Ayers, Rezco, etc.: All those go to issues of character and would seem to be at least in my view legit topics to press him on.
Then why aren't you upset with the characters that McCain associates with? McCain happily accepted the endorsement of a hate group. Where his flag lapel as well?

There are non-issues for morons to get hung up about.

Yeah, totally. HILLARY gets a free pass?

What, Saint Obama isn't being as deified by the press these days and suddenly they are being unfair on him and giving Clinton a pass? Wow.

By refusing additional debates, he is really opening himself up to some nice attack ads

Ah, I see. You want to change your argument when challenged.

              Dinodoc is clueless as usual.

The arguement is that they are legit questions to ask a candidate in a debate. You've yet to rebut that position other than girlish whining about McCain. It's quite sad really. Are you a regular Chris Matthews viewer?

You changed your argument again. You're a joke!

I don't think DaShi knew what the argument was in the first place.

I think he's just free posting at the moment because he doesn't seem to be making much sense.

                        Dinodoc's arguments:

                        1. Associates are important to establish character and should be questioned.

                        2. Only democratic debates should be discussed.

                        3. They are legit questions to ask in a debate.

I've been responding to the first one. Since then 2 more have shown up to avoid answering the challenge to the first one.

Sad that I have to explain this.

This is a thread about the Democratic debates. Is it not?

That seems to be tied in with point one to me.

But you brought up 3 different arguments. I choose the first one which did not involve the other 2 until you saw you'd lose the argument without them.

And you'll lose the argument with them too. So better add some more.

Let's put this in a way I think you might understand, DaShi. Let's say that McCain went to a Christian Identity church and regarded the pastor as being a member of his family and the pastor McCain regarded so highly was recorded making offensive statements about Chinks, saying God Bless IEDs, and what not. Let's also say that McCain has a friendly relationship with an unrepentant abortion clinic bomber who regrest not setting more bombs. And finally let's say that McCain was involved with a shady deal with a developer currently under indictment and was also a campaign contributor. What would your and others reaction be?

Wouldn't care. This information doesn't tell me anything about who McCain actually is. It makes assumptions, but assumptions aren't facts.

Well, this is a bit different. I'd want to know what McCain's role in this "shady" deal was. But if it was shown that his role was perfectly legal and that he did nothing wrong, I wouldn't hold this against him. I certainly wouldn't waste taxpayer money investigating this after the facts of his innocence were out just to try to make him look guilty. If that's what you're looking for.

So, now back to my post. Any real answers?
