        I don't think it's enough to put him in jail.

        They should cryogenically freeze him and stick an electrode in his brain to teach him martial arts knowledge while he's sleeping.

        Then they should examine Sylvester Stallone for tax fraud and see if they can do the same thing to him. If not, then jaywalking charges will do.

          He claimed a ~6 million dollar refund, thats the awesome part. I can't convey the joke properly over the internet about the guys that hear the screeching in the hallway, and how one of them recognizes what that screeching is, so I won't try.

                  I've seen him recently in some infomercials-I guess he was trying to make some change before hitting the clink.

                  As usual, arrogance helped get him that 36 months. Contrition would have been advised. Or a flight to a country without an extradition treaty.
