Not that I think they are the best, but why are plain boiled potatoes not on the list ?With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

I don't eat potatoes all that often - don't need all that starch. If I get them at the cafeteria at work, they're usually mashed or roasted; rarely do I get fries.
