A bit more seriously:
-Eliminate wisdom teath
-Eliminate appendix, or at least make it not so infection-prone
-Better color vision. For example bird eyes are better designed (4 types of cones instead of the 3 poorly placed types primate have)
-Specially designed subsystems in the brain for stuff like for example basic arithmetic, basically a calculator.
-Ability to manufacture more vitamins (for example many bacteria can make all kinds of vitamins. There is no reason why humans shouldn't be able to too.)
-A better limit to how fat you can get.
