          to cronos: i am between 5'11 and 6'

          in metric i am between 1.80 and 1.83 mteers

          it's not that bad, but liek two years ago before I started lifting i was 147 lbs (when i was running ~10km per day).

          Since then i've added ~12 lbs of muscle and ~10 lbs of fat.

                Great work, going from 147lbs to 180lbs is really good. (if it's cause of lifting weight, and not just being a lazy ass).

                You should be a really good fighter if at 147lbs(and 6feet) you liked to fight. In muscular power you were not really strong at 147lbs.
