A few days ago, an officemate of mine & I were examining U.S. coins, debating which was a dollar, which was a quarter and which was a nickle. Each coin has so many versions, it's nearly impossible for us to tell the difference. We pity the poor tourist who has to deal with our money.
Bottom line: We want to switch over to the Euro.

I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. They are adding color to the traditional "greenback".
I like how the article seems to try to imply that British coins were designed by some young guy for little amounts and the United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing spends so much, like making new bill designs is all the Bureau of Engraving and Printing does.
