I use Logmein https://secure.logmein.com/home.asp?lang=en at work

I can access all the batch and dispatch computers in my area, to view any technical data, scheduling, mix design issues by simply remote access

I can also monitor when the folks should be but arent making use of their time constructively**

** watching you tube or such sites is not acceptable
