The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.
25 themes/skins/styles are now available to members. Check the select drop-down at the bottom-left of each page.

Yes, that's been the Chinese stance on most foreign language news sources since at least 2002. Reuters was opened up in 2004 (English only).
But even the English ones get censored on an individual basis? I.E. if the article contains key words, what ever the CCP designates as key words, then it can be blocked by the great firewall, right?
It's a subtle but huge improvement. The BBC reminded me of London in general -- stuffy, cramped, old. 800px width before, TINY pictures, dense text, etc.
It's much better now.

I'm consitently stupid- Japher I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

A website redesign is news?
Like Asher said, if it's about news then yes.
I only say this because in America at least, news readership of print media is dying very quickly. The last independent newspapers are posting record losses and the New Yorker even ran a story about how the market for print newspapers could be literally dead by 2043 (a date that seems rather erring on the side of ambitious rather than gloomy right now).
Online media journalism is taking its place, and I think the BBC is one of the best, though occasionally it allows its TV-chatty style to get out of hand. So what the BBC does with its web presence is of great interest to the news industry. (And geeks.)
The ignore button has made my dealings with Wiglaf much easier. I only click on his posts when he's being sincere in the Video Games forums and there he's a perfectly decent guy to talk to.
I think he's constructed an argumentative alterego for the Off Topic forums and is having a bit of fun at the forum's expense.

Are you crazy?! Wiglaf created one of the top 5 threads of all time, "An old hag crashed into me and I gave her my credit card."

Wiglaf is actually one of the few worthwhile posters on this site, even if you don't agree with what he says.
