Sounds to me like Donelly is innocent.
After all he just sells the software.
It´s only the players who use it who violate their EULAs and so upon Blizzard to keep them from being ale to connect to WoW while using this software (or make it clear that evryone caught using it will get his account deleted)

(but of course I understand Blizzard, thexy could more money if they successfully sue Donelly for every cent he has earned than by closing down player accounts who violate the EULA )

                Hint: China
Pssht. Even Chinese guys demand some amount of money and to be treated like human beings. Plus you have to keep paying the middlemen who supervise them for each character you get. Buy a Grinding Monkey and you can have him level up as many Blood Elf Paladins and Gnome Rogues as you please. All you need is Monkey Chow.

High chance of addiction, so I don't even want to try.

Same for me. Even without WoW there are enough other games to get addicted to

I see it with a colleague of mine(from SL).
A couple of weeks ago she began WoW with a free testing account for 1 week, "just to try it out".
It resulted in her being rarer and rarer on SL, because, she has to play WoW (and of course she upgraded to a regular account )
