This is a great idea to get feedback from the community without which this wouldn't be much of a site. I suggest that another good place for a thread of this nature would be the Civ IV forum. OT is a great choice too!

Another idea would be to post a news item so that people will know when this sort of thread will appear, ie in advance of when you're taping the show. Going interactive with the Civ community would be big, really big.
Ought to do a OT show too about all sorts of whatever, hosted by whoever. No schedule for this show so no pressure. (Why do you subject yourself to a schedule for PolyModCasts?) yes that unit (crusader) was one of my favs from Civ 2 in its time period
Plus it has a lance, and you are erm, Lancer.
