I think there was an attempt to make condoms manadatory in California around 2004, but I have no idea how that actually turned out. I would imagine the bigger companies probably follow that as a matter of course, but there's so much "amateur" stuff out there (quite often using some of the same women you'd see in a "regular" movie) that I imagine it would be nearly impossible to enforce even if it were actually law."The French caused the war [Persian Gulf war, 1991]" - Ned

I don't know about gay bareback porn, but there's plenty of bareback hetero porn. And a lot of the bareback stuff was filmed in the States. The stars do have to be tested regularly. The more responsible companies have a condom-only policy, though. I'd have to second the "Condom WTF" motion here. I've seen lots of American porn films and condom use is the exception, not the rule.

Maybe this is specific to gay porn, because the only non-condom use gay porn I've seen was from small studios that already broke some laws or from Europe.
