You can vote twice - once in the primary and once in the caucus. We're not talking about the general election.

I thought you were more honorable than that.

There was also a "Texan" on the GOP ballot in 2004, that helped to pull in votes.
Obama is far from having this thing sewn up. He has a very small lead in delegates at this point. Last I saw, Clinton was leading in Texas, Ohio and Pennsylvania. If she wins those three she could retake the lead.

I can honestly say I'm happy about that. For the first time in my 31 years alive the winner wasn't determined before voting even stopped.

Obama has a pledged delegate lead of ~160. Cllinton would have to win those states two to one, something she has not shown a capacity to do outside Arkansas, to catch up. The polls show Obama down by 8 in OH, and down by 5 or less in TX, with serious upward momentum (and down by 10 or so in PA, but I doubt that matters in any case). I should add that due to TX's arcane rules, even if Clinton wins the popular vote by under 5%, Obama is likely to get more delegates. And Obama's ground game at least in TX is probably worth at least 5%. He also has buttloads more money.

It's not sewn up, but it's damn close to being so. I'd be really, really surprised if she nets any delegates between now and March 11 (Mississippi).

Actually, there are a lot of things I like about Obama.
That's who I voted for; I'll go ahead and say it.
Come general election time, I'll have to see.
                  I like this.

The pundits like to slice-and-dice our country into Red States and Blue States; Red States for Republicans, Blue States for Democrats. But I've got news for them, too. We worship an awesome God in the Blue States, and we don't like federal agents poking around our libraries in the Red States. We coach Little League in the Blue States and have gay friends in the Red States. There are patriots who opposed the war in Iraq and patriots who supported it. We are one people, all of us pledging allegiance to the stars and stripes, all of us defending the United States of America.[42]

The speech was most Americans' introduction to Obama. Its enthusiastic reception at the convention and widespread coverage by national media gave him instant celebrity status.[43]

                                Bump

Ok, I caucused tonight in Houston. Obama won my precinct 82-57. many of the clinton supporters were old and signed their names and left (and hence weren't counted)-was really disorganized with little leadership. I voted on friday through early voting and had a 2 hour wait, so glad I did it early and not today.
