Mail Form 8453-OL to the address above.
Retain the proof of mailing to avoid a late filing penalty.

- U.S. Postal Service certified mail
I received the 8453OL last night. With the post office closed Monday, how can I mail within 48 hours?
Also, I guess I have to walk in to the post office to get the mail certified?

Just mail it in whenever, they just want to verify that you're you. Next year you'll enter your AGI from this year and skip this step
