Did you know that? Now you know, because I just told you. If you didn't hear me the first time, I'll say it again: I'm a good human being. Now either you know, or you just have difficulties with basic comprehension skills. Do not worry though, I will not judge you for poor comprehension skills. I still protect you, unless you're a jerk. Then you're out of luck. Change your ways, and you'll get on my list again.
Craving for money? No, not really. Craving for a huge career? No, not really. I stopped caring about all those things some time ago. They don't do anything for me. Of course I can afford to not care, because my position is secure and it's pretty relaxed stuff.
However, I've noticed most people are *******s. No, not just stupid, but *******s. Selfish ******. ONly thinking about themselves, me first, everyone else after that if there's time. Well guess what, it's not just the way to go about it. You can go all day long about it, but there will be a day when you run and crash against that brick wall and you will never win it. That is, you just defeated yourself. Why bother, save the time and listen what others have discovered, if you don't have the time, I can basically give you a concised version.
A warm cup of coffee or tea is sometimes better than that raise or any pile of money. A cup of tea never gives you more problems. But it tastes nice and if you really tune in, it feels nice as well.
A good song is priceless, it moves you inside, it gives you that extra push or just brings back the motivation. Money as motivation creates nothing more but more forced motivation, with that big pile of responsibilities and pressure for results. Why bother? A good song is cheap and doesn't give you more problems.
A hug can change your course for the better. Sometimes you just need it and when you get it, there's no amount of money that can do the same. Of course you can buy that hug, but it really isn't the same now is it? And that stuff is free and is supposed to be free.
Best things in life are usually free. Sometimes making it yourself makes it more special, unless you can't really do it, then why not just pay for it. But if you can and have the time, why not? Sure, sure, put the money in good use so you pay for services so those jobs are there and blaablaablaa. Well, it's not like I have any money saved, so I'm using it all anyway. But I rather make it myself sometimes, it's fun and means more to me. Try it sometimes, unless you want to become a specialized robot rainman who can only do one thing well. You don't have to do it very well to enjoy it. It's in the process anyway, it's the journey that is the ending and the ending is just the end of that journey so why wait it so eagerly? Dont' enjoy it? Then you're doing it wrong. Do it right.
Saying "Thank you" and "I'm sorry" doesn't cost anything. But sometimes it gains you a smile. Cheer up someones day and your day becomes better instantly. Free of charge. Plus, you just helped someone else, so that's one decision that helps two. Look people in the eyes when you talk to them, lift your head up. I know, sometimes you don't feel like it or you're afraid of people, but once you get the hang of it, you don't know why you ever avoided eye contact in the first place. You're missing out.
Do lots of reflection. You can never make any sense out of anything unless you know yourself, because it's like driving a car without knowing how to drive one. Where do you think you end up? Don't worry if no one understands you, worry if you don't understand anyone. And that's it.
Start taking time to do stuff. Take time to wake up, take time to eat your breakfast and have your breakfast to begin with. Oh, and one last thing. Stop being afraid of actually living. There's nothing to it really, just forget what others might think, be honest to yourself and follow your heart. Hold no grudges, forgive others and go out with style of not being part of the problem.
