I can only remember one villain that can be considered a gentleman :
The man with the golden gun.
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

Al Gore belives it's teh truth.With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
