Is there no statute of limitations on traffic tickets in Pa. ?

Or is it because he was found guilty and sentenced to pay that he is still being hunted?

If I was Edward, I would sue PaDOT for harrasment.

              Evil twin.

The courts should realize the twin with all the traffic violations has a goatee.

                      Do You mean

Julia Duffy as Stephanie Vanderkellen --- her I had to look up even though I do recall what she looks like

Oh and the show was called simply "Newhart" and set in an inn. In the Bob Newhart show he was a psychologist. so maybe who you are thinking of was in the earlier series

But of course at the end we find out that it was all really one show.

I laughed my tail off at that one!! Only Newhart could have pulled it off so well.

I had a twin case once, it was an invasion of privacy charge.

Police tend not to believe the twin defense when cuffing people, go figure.

My guy spent a few nights in jail before I could get the "victim" to talk the prosecutor into dismissing. What a headache.

When only one sibling is in the system, ie previously arrested, you'll often find them switching to the other name. Really ****s with the non criminals life.
