  • Help: Need data

    Hi,

I need all the data(that you can have) from the indicator of corruption which is produced by the Political Risk Services in their mensual publication, called : international country risk guide, their website is at http://www.prsgroup.com.

Maybe your university is having the right to download the data in excel file format(or spss or stata compatible file).

There is two way that you can have the file from your university or company database.

By online CD ROM from: international country risk guide

    or their gateway:

    The CountryData Gateway (http://www.prsgroup.com/CountryData.aspx)

It would be really appreciated if you can look over your university database.... and see if you can download an excel file of their corruption data.

I don't think it takes too much time to download it, but if you think It can take some times, I will be glad to give you a financial incentive.

The QoG dataset provides a mean value for the ICRG variables corruption, law and order, and bureaucracy quality. You can download it for free, it won't give you the value of the component variables though.

      thank you flash,

but I need the variable corruption alone!

I'll think I'll use the corruption indicator from the world bank or transparency.org.
