    Remember the discussion about the Fermi paradox, that broke out in the Magic Negro Nasa thread?

    You know advanced civs stop building colonies, stop expanding, have a declining population. It just hit me Europe is enlightened! We are like the ancients and yada yada How bout' that? And here I was thinking there was something wrong with us...
