I've never had any dealings with the mods, either positive or negative. Thus, my sole contribution to this thread will be to maintain equilibrium in voting and point out that it's a bad idea for each vote to have a zero-sum effect. Much better was the Dictator Hurt/Heal wherein each vote overall reduced the number of points.
