    The problem here is that you guys are essentially Luddite retards. Windows Mobile is antiquated ****. Who the **** would buy a Windows Mobile**** phone when you could have a decent multitouch phone?

    Only a ****wit would buy that ****. Windows Vista isn't even as good as OS X.4.

                I have a Windows Mobile phone. It has its quirks. But it also has... apps! Thousands upon thousands.

                    I was able to get a Windows Mobile Phone for 20€ 15 months ago, plus 10€ for a memory card. iPhone will cost between 300 and 500€. Of course, iPhone will be pretty, my mobile phone is not, it will sport more memory, bigger screen, etc. But, for 20€, my mobile phone does a lot of work and I get a lot from it.

                    I am very, very, sorry to disagree with you, but I am happy with the 30€ that I used and I am happy that Microsoft made this. For me and my needs, it is perfect. 300€, on the other hand, I will not pay it for any phone when I can get what I want for 30€.

                    Disclamer: I work for a mobile phone company, so I will not enter into a discussion of iPhone versus other big phonemaker´s top mobiles, because my opinion is biased.

                                Never said you'd said anything wrong, just that sometimes a short sentance is more effective than many loud ones

                                I feel kind of sorry for people who feel they have to have brand loyalty though. I've been there, back in the early to mid 90's i was online using an amiga 1200 and it really did kick windows 3.1 and even windows 95 to the curb in every way (apart from porn and games.. yeah, quite big "apart froms"). And i've also been a Sega fanboy but I guess seeing both of them fail and die has turned me into a pure err.. whats a good word for just taking whatevers best for the purpose? Whatever it is, that's me.

                                3 years ago I was in the market for an mp3 player, and the reviews were saying the zen micro was better sound quality and battery life than the ipod, and also smaller (the mini hadn't come out yet), so that's what I got. I got burned though, it's failed on me twice (within warranty luckily) and now the battery is so pathetic I'm looking for a phone that can replace soon.

                                When it comes to OS's all I really care about is what plays the games really. OSX seems ok though all I've dealt with it is when I had to setup my housemates mac on my home network.

                                But back on topic, apart from a general aesthetic influence I see nothing outrageous in the examples in the OP. Copy away!
