Nothing really (except for participants PC).
FC is just randomly selected winner of this thread, since everyone probably had different criteria. For mine was the biggest nutcase (relative, of course as most of them were ****** up anyway) so i kept bumping Idi and for those who i thought were not in a right league with guys like Mao or Pol Pot.
I guess biggest consensus was hurting murderous ones before less murderous.

I think I was going for the more 'benevolent dictator' approach, and compared to some, Fidel or Gadaffi or Hussein rank highly...I'm not saying they're wonderful people and I would like to invite them to an evening meal, but some of their competitors were vicious psychopaths and the others were just genuinely insane.Speaking of Erith:
