"Johnny Cakes" is dead.
Not anybody's pick but posted for the interest of Sopranos fans.
NEW YORK - A 47-year-old actor who starred as the gay firefighter-lover of a closeted mobster on the hit show "The Sopranos" was found dead of an apparent suicide after family members were unable to reach him.
John Costelloe, who played the hunky short-order cook Johnny Cakes on four episodes of the HBO show, was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside his Brooklyn home on Dec. 18, said police spokesman Lt. John Grimpel.
Costelloe gained a measure of fame in 2006 when he was cast as Jim "Johnny Cakes" Witowski opposite his longtime friend, actor Joseph Gannascoli, who played gay mob capo Vito Spatafore.

I believe Mr. Pinter died on Christmas Day, which makes those who chose him eligible for:
d) Party Pooper Award: +25 points for any celebrity rude enough to die on their birthday or Christmas Day.
Looking forward to seeing the final scoring...Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011

That "died on Wednesday" bit was quoted from your link. Apparently the quote feature has changed."I have never killed a man, but I have read many obituaries with great pleasure." - Clarence Darrow

This post by LotC in April turned out to be eeerily correct!!
At the rate things are going, I'll be happy if one of my picks pays off. Ok, maybe happy isn't the most appropriate word but it's the first one that came to mind.
My second reserve, the US economy, is coming along well. I'm thinking a corpse will show up by the end of Q3 2008Im not sure what Baruk Khazad is , but if they speak Judeo-Dwarvish, that would be "blessed are the dwarves" - lord of the mark
