Gift cards

Why does anybody think that gift cards are good? If you have completely given up and you just don't know what to get me, then maximise your chance that I'll enjoy your gift and give me cash. Gift cards require you to know at that moment what my tastes and desires are, and it is annoying and bad.

Just don't give them.
