Don't police have better things to do than arrest men exposing their penis?
Nothing will attract cops faster than an exposed penis. They can't help themselves.
btw - Congrats to the mods for getting over the "penis" in the thread title phobia.

Traci Lords didn't get arrested for distribution of child pornography...
Traci Lords didn't distribute her underage material. She only owned the rights to her adult productions. Interestingly the cops recieved an anonymous tip of her underage status after she became of age. They then removed all her "child porn" off the shelves leaving only her adult stuff behind (to which she owned the rights). I wonder who made that call....?

I thought Bill Clinton signed a law in the 90's expanding child porn and child safety laws. It was the reason you had to say you were above age 13 to access some websites.
Though I'm thinking that law has been repealed? I never see that anymore.
I remember one draft of the bill (not sure if this was the version that passed) said no one under 18 could pose nude in film, pictures, etc. Or anyone portraying someone a character under 18 (which would have made Titanic child porn under that law). I was having an argument on the imdb boards over this. As the one chick was only 17 when filming that, yet she has a topless scene. Though she probably used a body double.
The story in the OP is retarded. I hate cops like that.

Good point. One I should've thought of myself actually since I read her autobiography a while back...

It's not entrapment (not in any US state anyway) and it's not illegal to bare your breasts in that park. You know, Dis, communities can have more relaxed obscenity laws than other communities right?
The police should never ask you to commit a crime. They can present an opportunity to do so, but if they ask you to do something you wouldn't normally do, that ought to be entrapment.

The sunbathing woman is not affiliated with the police department and she was not asked to take part in the sting operation, according to a spokesperson for the department.
This is obvious BS. The woman was working with the police to entice someone into committing a crime he otherwise would not commit. Seems to be the definition of entrapment. I would like to see any man resist pulling down his pants in such a situation.
