I'm not, it's stretches, massage, acupuncture and lite medication for the night now. Once I get up, i'll get a THIRD opinion on this. Damn.

My friend's father is a medic specialising in spines, discs etc. He tells that people should try to keep their spines in ( shape (head facing left side, that is), instead of ), because when it's ), it's easy for the disc to fall out. Remember about it (You surely know it), and if You're sneezing, f.e., You should do it keeping your face facing sky, not, as people do, puting head down. You should practice your spine mouscles in some way.
