Well, Muscovites think that people who live in St. Petersburg are snobs who think they are more cultured, that they use wrong words to refer to the most mundane things and that they hate Muscovites.
People who live in St Petersburg think that Muscovites are rich snobs who have no culture at all, talk funny and hate any non-Muscovite.
Other Russians think that Muscovites are rich ***holes who go crazy because they have too much of everything when the common folk needs this money.
Also, Muscovites eye people from the Moscow oblast with suspicion, because they think they'll steal their jobs.
People from the Moscow oblast hate Muscovites because the latter don't have to pay exhorbitant rent to live in Moscow.
And all of them don't like Chechens and other suchlike southerners.
Anyway, I've spent some time in Moscow when I was a kid and I have good memories of my entire stay in Russia. It's only Serb and Putin that are destroying it. Please, get rid of them

But exclaved cities should be given to the nationality dominant in the region, and in the region of Vilnius Poles are still a majority. You should be my fellow citizen"I realise I hold the key to freedom,

In the U.S., there are no regional rivalries. We all love and respect each other, embracing diversity and celebrating our differences.

In response to the OP:
It is not a stereotype but fact.
People from the south in the U.S., outside of urban centers, are often racist excriment.
This is not to say they all are, but a fair portion are. This was based on my firsthand experience of driving to Florida from New York with my black friend(who was also a muslim, not that the trailer trash knew, thankfully).
Texans are also all blood thirsty, retributionalist, knuckle dragging anti intillectual monkeys.

People from the US Pacific Northwest are considered hillbillys, deformed and missing teeth, uneducated and inbred...but that really is just Idaho. The name Idaho comes from an Idahoan going to Seattle and a friend asked 'where have you been". The reply, "I'd a ho" was mistaken for a place name, the rest is history.
The people from the Northeast are considered inbred snobs and intellectuals who look down their long noses at the rest of us, pointing and cackling while lusting after both their brothers and their sisters. They are very British.
People of the South are considered great warriors who also have all the traits of people from the Northwest, excepting that men from Kentucky second wife is usually their daughter, and the southerners have better BBQ, no matter wtf you do.
People from the middle states are considered Americans.
People from the Southwest are the really odd ones. They have all the traits of all the rest, excepting that they are vain do it all on video and sell it to the rest of us that we might aspire to their greatness. That and they are gay tree hugging whale lovers with facelifts.Long time member @ Apolyton

I'm vaguely aware there's more to the UK outside the south-east but I've yet to decipher their simple yet beautiful language to talk to the natives there.Exult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you.
