Yup, another thread of wild speculation.

On the 4th of July, 2008, at noon Moscow time (that's midnight Mountain time) the whole territory of Russia turns into an ocean. Sinks, like Atlantis. All infrastructure is gone.
However, every person on the territory of Russia is mysteriously transfered to the USA, more specifically, to the Dakotas, Montana and Wyoming, getting to keep what they were wearing.
The Russian nuclear submarine fleet is still there, being really puzzled.

What will happen to the world?

This government can't even get housing straight for a couple hundred thousand people 3 years after a major Hurricane, you expect it's ass to get in gear by the time winter rolls around?
