    I would without a qualm take this to a superior in which I had confidence to handle it correctly. If you really want to be paranoid (I would) get one of those tiny recorders and catch him at it first. Being that this is a superior it's called sexual harrassment and most companies shut it down fast.

                    Leave it up to him. Say nothing, get the recorder and wait. If it happens again you'll be faced with the same choice, but you'll have evidence and be able to blackmail the jerk.

                        Maybe you should get with a prostitute so that next time he starts making stuff up, you'll be able to counter with hard facts of what really did happen.
