Actually, time-place-manner is one of the few ways that the U.S. government is constitutionally allowed to regulate speech. Doing that will bring it to intermediate level scrutiny which is much easier to meet than strict scrutiny (most speech falls under strict scrutiny).

mine's pretty sweet. a few pillows, a HUGE one, blankets, and tons of toys. 3 pillows have come in so far.
